1. Who we are

These terms apply to gopubcrawl.com and to every purchase you make from Go Pubcrawl. Go Pubcrawl is a trade name of De Pubgolf Koning, Oostzeestraat 68, 8262 ES Kampen, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 94750270, VAT number NL005106885B06, email info@gopubcrawl.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Go Pubcrawl and "you" means the customer.

2. What we sell

We sell digital pub crawl and pub golf routes: a route past bars in a city, with stories, challenges, quiz questions, game rules and access to a live online scoreboard. Drinks, entrance fees and anything you buy in bars are not included and are paid by you directly to the bar.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. One purchase is valid for one group. You pay online through the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is final once your payment has been received.

4. The contract and delivery

The contract is formed when you complete your order and payment. We deliver your route by email to the email address you entered, usually within a few minutes. Did not receive it within an hour? Check your spam folder and contact us, and we send it again.

5. Right of withdrawal

Our routes are digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. At checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and you acknowledge that your legal right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started. On top of your legal rights we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee, as described in our refund policy.

6. How you may use your route

You may use your route for your own group, as often as you like. You may not resell, copy, publish or share the route, the challenges or the scoreboard publicly or commercially. All texts, games, designs and software remain our intellectual property.

7. Responsible play

Our routes are intended for people aged 18 and over. You are responsible for your own behaviour and alcohol consumption and for following local laws and the house rules of each bar. Every drink can be replaced by a non-alcoholic drink. Never drive after drinking. Look after each other.

8. Bars and opening times

We select bars and check opening times with care, but bars are independent businesses. Opening times, prices, drinks and availability can change without notice, and bars may refuse entry. If a bar is closed or full, you simply continue to the next hole. We are not responsible for the service, products or policies of the bars.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by the use of the route, by alcohol consumption, by the behaviour of players or third parties, or by changes at bars, except where the damage is caused by our intent or gross negligence. Our liability is always limited to the amount you paid for the route. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes can be used once per customer, can not be combined with other discount codes unless stated otherwise, and can not be exchanged for cash. Prizes from promotions such as our spin-the-wheel are personal and can not be transferred or exchanged.

11. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to info@gopubcrawl.com. We respond within 24 hours and aim to solve every complaint within 14 days. Read more on our complaints page.

12. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. Disputes are submitted to the competent court.

14. Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applied at the time of your order applies to your purchase.
