Where does the route start?
The first hole is in the file you receive. The whole route is walkable through the centre of Hersonissos, no taxis needed.
Do we need to reserve anything at the bars?
No. Just walk in, order the drink of that hole and play.
What do the drinks cost?
You pay for your own drinks at normal bar prices, one drink per player per hole. So you decide your own budget.
What if a bar is packed or closed?
Skip it and move on to the next hole. The live scoreboard simply keeps counting.
Can someone play without alcohol?
Yes. Swap any drink for a soft drink, the strokes count exactly the same.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes, 18+. The legal drinking age in Greece is 18. Please drink responsibly.
How does pub golf work?
Every bar is a hole. At each hole you finish your drink in as few sips as possible: every sip is a stroke. Fewest strokes at the end wins. Challenges, quiz questions and power-ups make it even better.
How does the live online scoreboard work?
After every hole each player or team fills in their strokes on their own phone. The standings update straight away, so everyone sees who is winning from hole 1 to the last bar.
How long does it take?
About 20 minutes per hole including walking: 9 holes takes about 3 hours, 12 holes about 4 hours, 14 holes 4.5 to 5 hours and 16 holes 5 to 5.5 hours.
How many people can play?
From 2 to 40+ people. Bigger groups play in teams of 2 or 3.
What exactly do I get?
